Summer Trip 2024 Part One

Velsen-Zuid

After a few wobbly pops and a restless flight, we arrived in The Netherlands to start our summer adventure. First up, coffee & biscuits in Velsen-Zuid with some extended family and a quick walk around before heading to our hotel in Haarlem for a few nights.

Haarlem

One of my favourite places in The Netherlands. It’s got it all, a windmill, a cathedral in the centre of town, canals & canal houses and lots of places for a relaxing beverage.

Zandvoort

A beautiful coastal town, famous for auto racing it also has and amazing beach and some fantastic beach restaurants.

Although he doesn’t look it, my son was well impressed.
