Another one of my favourite punk bands recently ripped through Edmonton. Third Times the Charm was the name of the tour and was it ever worth the wait.
First up we had an up and coming band from Edmonton; Grizzly Trail who thanks to their local following had a good crowd in the place early.

Next up was Cigar. A young friend of mine at the show said they were one of his favourite bands which led me to ask myself: “how did I not know about these guys”?
Either way, they rocked!

What can I say about Lagwagon? I first heard them in the early 90’s and thought, “OK, let’s see how this goes”. A few years later, they released “Hoss” and I was hooked. Fast forward a decade or so and they released “Hang” That album is top 10 in my books. It was an absolute thrill to shoot them. I hope I get to do it again soon.
